Hailing from California with roots in both L.A. and San Francisco, Matthew established himself as a touring musician for the last 20 years. After moving to Nashville he attended S.A.E. Institute of Technology Nashville and graduated Valedictorian of his class with a degree in Music Production and Engineering. Matt has apprenticed under producers and engineers such as Steve Albini (Nirvana, The Pixies, PJ Harvey) Jay Joyce ( Amos Lee, Derek Trucks, Little Big Town), and Anthony Falcone (Jennifer Lopez, Skrillex, Snoop Dogg, Prince). Matt partnered with the President of H.O.M.E. Logan Crowell, and partnered up with him to form Record Realization a multi-faceted music production company. Through this venture, he has since built a recording studio from the ground up where Record Realization artists record with Matthew as their Producer. Matthew also creates loop libraries for companies like Presonus, Native Instruments, and Steinberg as well as freelance editing, Producing, and engineering. Now Back in the Bay Area, Matt started Sanctuary Sound recording studio in Sebastopol Ca with Chuck Johnson, owner of New Vintage Artists Record Label. In the two years at the downtown location, Matt Produced and mixed hundreds of tracks for amazing local artists and abroad. After the closing of that facility, he moved into Sanctuary's new location tucked underneath the redwoods one mile from downtown Occidental, ca.

Recording and Mixing Engineer, Nigel Wolovick loves to make albums. Growing up in the suburbs of Boston, he cut his teeth on big band recording and live sound starting at the young age of 14, as an assistant engineer for Peter Kontrimas (PBS.) With internships at Saucer Sound and Folklorica records under the tutelage of Jah Levi, Nigel received direct recording insights from the masters of their craft. He went on to manage the Light House studio (San Anselmo, CA) and worked directly with Grammy award-winning producers and engineers such as Oz Fritz, Bill Bottrell, Jim Fox, Chris Sholar, and Khaliq Glover.
As a regular mixing engineer at Prairie Sun Recording, a destination studio in northern California, he worked directly recording greats such as Les Claypool, The Killers, Buckethead, Poor Man’s Whiskey, and many others.
Nigel is a passionate musician as well, while his critical ear lends prowess to his mixes, known for their mojo and transmissions of emotional power.
